What feeds a cup line

Cupstock, fans and bottom reels — the bulk of what leaves our plant. Nothing is priced here; we quote against your volume, GSM and destination port.

How it behaves on your line

Cupstock is judged on the machine, not in the sample envelope. This is what ours is built to do.

High bond strength

The PE is bonded to hold through forming and sealing, so the rim and seam stay closed rather than delaminating under heat.

Accurate width and thickness

Consistent slitting and caliper keep web tension even, which is what stops drift and stoppages on a fast line.

Smooth feeding, minimal rejection

Fans are die-cut to accurate dimensions so they feed cleanly and waste stays low across a long run.

Strong bottom sealing

Bottom reels are made for high-speed compatibility and a sealed base that does not weep at the seam.

Excellent printability

The coated surface takes flexographic printing with food-grade water-based inks, holding sharp registration across the reel.

Made to your order

Nothing is held as fixed stock. GSM, coating weight, 1 PE or 2 PE, and reel width are set by your machine, not by our warehouse.

What our line can run

If these numbers fit your forming machines, the rest is a conversation about volume and price. If they do not, tell us what you need and we will say plainly whether we can do it.

Printing is flexographic with food-grade water-based inks. Blanks are die-cut from the same stock, to any of the cup sizes below or to a size you specify.

Finished cups

Nine sizes, five constructions

The same coated stock, formed and printed in our own plant. 85 ml through 300 ml, plus 7 oz to 12 oz in double wall. Every size below is also available as a die-cut blank.

Drawn to actual scale

Tap a size to filter the cups

The 85 ml is not the usual 85 ml

Most 85 ml cups in the market are short and feel cheap in the hand. Ours is the long format — what the trade calls a 100 ml long — on heavier board, with a proper grip. Packed 50 to a sleeve.

Heavier board on the big sizes

The 250 ml runs on 230 gsm and the 300 ml on 250 gsm, so a full cold drink does not go soft at the rim. Four printed designs are stocked on the 300 ml.

Manufacturing

Seven stages, one roof

Because every stage happens in our own facility, a quality problem at any step is ours to fix — not passed between three vendors.

Why it matters that we own the whole line

Most cup suppliers buy blanks from one vendor, print at another and form at a third. When a batch leaks or the print drifts, nobody owns the problem. We run every stage ourselves, so a fault is traced and fixed in one place — and repeat orders come out matching the first one.

Samples

Test it on your own machine first

No converter buys a container on a specification sheet. Tell us the GSM, coating and reel width you run, and we will send a sample reel or a pack of blanks cut to your cup size. You run it, you see the rejection rate, then we talk about volume.

Export

Cup stock, made to order in India

Our raw material is made for converters who buy by the container rather than the carton. Send us your GSM, reel width and destination port, and we will price it.

Made to your specification

Anything from 140 to 350 gsm, coated and slit to the reel width your forming machines run. Blanks are die-cut to your cup size. Nothing is held as fixed stock, so the run is built around your order.

Container quantities

Rolls and blanks are palletised and shrink-wrapped for sea freight. We price per 20 ft and 40 ft container once we know your reel width and roll diameter. The plant coats 250 tonnes a month, so a standing monthly container is well within the line.

Our nearest port

Mundra is the closest container gateway to our plant at Betma, with Nhava Sheva as the alternative. Inland haulage is arranged from the factory gate.

Terms and documents

Ex-works and FOB pricing on request, with CFR and CIF quoted through our freight forwarder. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and a food-grade declaration go with each consignment.
